I have over forty years of experience in counselling and therapy both within the NHS Social Care and Charity organisations
In addition I currently provide online sessions within my own private practice which means clients can have more flexibility in organising their lives around attending their personal therapy

Initial Consultation

I offer a free 30 minute consultation to discuss what a client is looking for in counselling or therapy.
Please use a text message or e mail to request this free consultation - leaving contact details.
I will respond by offering a date and time after a brief telephone call, text or e mail with the person enquiring

Fees

Individual £40 per 50 min session

Couple therapy £60 per one hour session

Group Psycotherapy. £35 per 1.5 hour session

When I Work

I work Monday to Fridays from 7 am until 6pm
